Bellingham International Airport: KBLI
HFM has re-opened in it's new location at 4165 Mitchell Way! Starting on Thursday, 18 June 2009 we will be open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 12-4pm!! (Except on major holidays/holiday weekends) Flying Days will still be held on the third Saturday of the month. Print out our aircraft guide to learn more about what you'll see in our collection.
We're also happy to arrange special tours for school and other youth groups. Check out our Education brochure (pdf) to see how a visit to HFM can bring your class to life!
Location Notes: The Heritage Flight Museum is a flying aircraft museum that is developing a permanent home to display and operate it’s many donated and closely associated aircraft. Because of the community benefits associated with having the Heritage Flight Museum in Whatcom County, the staff at the Heritage Flight Museum are working hard to make that home in Whatcom County at the Bellingham International Airport (BLI-6701'). While the envisioned final facility remains a couple years in the future, your support now (and in the days ahead) can be a critical element in making the vision a reality.
Heritage Flight Museum wants to be in Whatcom County: If you want the Heritage Flight Museum in Whatcom County, email your support to our Program Director, Kate Simmons, ( kate@heritageflight.org ) or our Executive Director, Greg Anders ( greg@heritageflight.org ) or call the museum at 360-733-4422. Your support will help make this rare opportunity a reality. HFM Privacy Policy
